AP | Midtown is an apartment with a modern minimalist concept. This apartment combines the finish-unfinished concept in a building interior design. This concept is very clear on the walls which have two types. There’s a wall with the usual stucco and white paint, and another with exposed brick that looks like it’s been unfinished. The combination of these two contrasting walls actually provides interesting architectural details.
The living room and kitchen as well as the dining room in this apartment are connected to one another, only limited by a wooden cupboard that almost resembles a parapet. The living room contains a sofa and a rug which signifies the different functions of the space. While the kitchen area and dining room become one. Kitchen sets are made to keep the kitchen looking clean and tidy with lots of hidden storage space.
