HER apartment by YODEZEEN is truly tempted to be entered, warmed up, and, against all the odds — loved. The complicated place of many talents, deep and otherworldly, full of coziness and tender. We did this apartment for her, obviously. We tried to repeat her tenderness, her manners, her cautious, but so insistent love of the beautiful.
Golden, carbon, milky and marbled grounds are covering the whole space hitting HER home run. Calm pastel and brown shades accurately repeat the addictions of the lyrical persona; and cold and dark lines are showing up with all the might — that’s YODEZEEN. But, of course, our greatest love is the one drawing out every detail that we thought out and embodied so carefully. The white shutters — the charm and the key element of the design.
French chic as it is: well-dressed, elegant, stylish, smart and functional. Two apartments were connected into one space, conceived the most difficult part of the project; but with the help of proper zoning, we managed to make this disadvantage a virtue. It has not been easy to organize a comfortable living space in a very long, almost 13m main hall. So we decided to divide the space into two different functional zones — living hall and kitchen. Each zone constitutes a completely autonomous space with an adjoining to the bedrooms, which are located in opposite parts of the apartment. Main hall is connected with the master bedroom, and kitchen — with guest bedroom. We added white shutters on the windows, considerably opening up the space and enabling the light to spill down onto main hall and diners below.
The selection of furniture took place according to the criteria — aesthetics, quality, comfort. We were not ready to concede to any of these points. Even custom positions were fanatically worked out to the smallest detail. The color palette fully reflects the customer of the project — the sense of elegance and character. Everything is on the edge.
