Lifting House: House with Hole Wall

Lifting House is a private residence located in Cascais, Portugal. The owner wanted a unique house that fits his personality, for that the architects José Guedes Cruz, César Marques, Marco Martínez Marinho made it happen in the form of a modern but unique residence. The shape of the building in general is a number of cube masses arranged in such a way. But it doesn’t end there, the arrangement of these cubes is given random holes which in the end gives details and motifs to the exterior of the building.

The entrance is made to stand out with a different volume and color, namely with a darker black color. This concept makes visitors have no difficulty finding access to the house. Around the house there is a garden with green grass that is spacious and beautiful, making the building of this house a contrast and stand out with its uniqueness.
