Located on Tampa’s historic Bayshore Boulevard this stunning estate combines the southern charm of Charleston with breathtaking views of Old Tampa Bay. A full-scale remodel, our scope of work included architectural modification to the exterior and interior including full decoration services. Our clients were looking to showcase their collection of historical Americana, but had incongruent ideas as to what that might look like.
Inspired by their desire to have a home that was both stately and current, we used color, texture, finishes, and pattern to create moments of surprise and delight. From the ceiling in the library to the grey and white marble in the foyer to the deep blue and gold grasscloth wallcoveringin the dining room, we eschewed more traditional choices in favor of the slightly unexpected. The result is a stylishly curated home that honors the past in a fresh, contemporary way.
“Our clients collected Americana art and antiques; they wanted to create a timeless and updated look that seamlessly integrated transitional decor and furnishings with their collection.” – Franco A. Pasquale
